Gina Valentino

For nearly 20 years, Gina Valentino leverages catalog industry experience and multichannel disciplines.

Prior to Hemisphere Marketing, Gina served key positions in Marketing and Catalog Creative. Along
with her role in offline marketing efforts, the natural progression into e-Commerce development and
re-launch of websites was part of concurrent corporate strategies. With specific P/L responsibilities at catalogers such as Road Runner Sports, Disney Direct, Barrie Pace and Spiegel, understanding the
inter-dependence of marketing, merchandising and creative was constantly reinforced. Gina was also the marketing leader for development and implementation of a cross-company database at Spiegel.

Whether developing the analysis for a new catalog start-up venture or outlining the circulation plans to maximize growth of the customer file, Gina has worked with clients such as See’s Candies, Home Depot Direct, World Imports Lighting, Pet Food Direct, Tafford Uniforms, Creative Banner, 4-H, Adrian College, Hickory Farms, World Vision International, Wrapped Hershey’s Chocolates, Select Seeds and Spanx.

Gina remains active in the industry and contributes to major publications such as Target Marketing Magazine and is currently a featured writer for Multichannel Merchant Magazine. She continues to serve as a judge for the Annual Catalog Awards and is also a member of the Printery House Advisory Board. Gina has been a key speaker at many industry events including the New England Mail Order Association, Mail Order Gardening Association, Annual Catalog Conference, NY Insert Media Days, and the DMA Conference.
